Established in 1994 Napier is an ARMA Q accredited member (The Association of Residential Managing Agents - www.arma.org.uk).

ARMA Q Accreditation means Napier meets the ARMA stringent quality standards for leasehold property management.

Our Journey

Established in 1994

Napier Property Management Services Limited was inaugurated in 1994 when it took over an existing property management business started by Ian Napier, a well-known surveyor based in the Westbourne / Canford Cliffs area.

The business has expanded considerably in recent years mainly through recommendation.

2009

In 2009 we opened a second office in Bournemouth which has been such a success, we had to move to bigger premises in 2014.

2015

In 2015 we opened an office in Southampton which has already proven itself to be a great addition.

2019

As Napier Property Management continues to grow, we are excited to welcome four new members to our team. Each brings unique skills and experience to our property management services, ensuring that our clients receive only the best in service and care.

2020

Covid-19 changes the world and Napier adapts. Properties require far more stringent policies and processes.

2023

Napier Property Management has moved to our new, expanded offices in Southampton. Our new location is designed to provide our clients with even better service, as well as more space for meetings. We are excited to continue to serve you from our new location, and look forward to seeing you there.

2024

Soon after the big Southampton office move the Bournemouth office is relocated to Bourne House, 23 Hinton Rd, Bournemouth.
